ANNO: Mutationem is an action-adventure game developed by ThinkingStars. Here, you will take on the role of Ann Flores, a highly-skilled, combat-trained lone wolf. In the game, Ann is looking for her missing brother, and she will fight mega corporations in pursuit of him.
ANNO: Mutationem features an unusual mix of 2D sprites and a 3D cyberpunk world inspired by Blade Runner and Ghost in the Shell. Additionally, it includes RPG elements, such as buying and crafting, talking with NPCs, and unlocking quests. However, note that the game is still in the demo stage so some features are not accessible.

ANNO: Mutationem takes players into an adventure inside a cyberpunk world. As mentioned, you will take on the role of Ann Flores, a combat-trained lone wolf. Ann is on a personal mission to look for her missing brother. To do so, she will explore a giant Metropolis with diverse locations and sinister mega-corporations. Along the way, she will battle mysterious fringe groups and bizarre creatures.
The game features a unique 2D to 3D gameplay, which seamlessly switches between 2D action and platforming to 3D exploration and interaction. The combat includes light and heavy melee attacks and ranged abilities. Ann can slash, shoot, combo, grenade-throw, and ground-pound through hordes of enemies and huge bosses. More than that, she also has a trusty sidekick, Ayane, who will help her unravel the dark, twisted plot of the game.
As mentioned, the gameplay also includes RPG elements. Along the way, you will collect, buy, or craft items. You will also upgrade Ann's stats, skills, and gears to help her defeat enemies easier. Furthermore, there are both primary and side-quests that Ann will unlock by talking with NPCs. Although, as noted, the game is still in the demo stage.
